The build process
Planning & Preparation
The first step is selecting a floor plan and working closely with Elliot to customize it to your vision. From layout adjustments to personalized features, we’ll help bring your dream home to life. Once your design is finalized, it’s sent for engineering. If financing is needed, this is also the ideal time to connect with a lender and get your funding in place.After the design and financing are secured, we’ll finalize the contract, collect your deposit, and submit the plans for permitting.
Permits & Design Selections
Once we have the permits in hand, construction begins! Within the first two weeks of the build, Shari will contact you to schedule your initial design meeting. You’ll receive a detailed selection checklist, outlining everything from cabinets and countertops to fixtures and finishes.Depending on the complexity of your home, you can expect between 3–5 design meetings during the build, all tailored to guide you through each phase of your selections.
Onsite Walkthroughs & Adjustments
Throughout construction, we’ll schedule a series of walkthroughs to ensure everything aligns with your expectations. These visits may cover electrical and lighting layouts, closet configurations, and any custom features that require real-time decisions or adjustments
Final Walkthrough & Completion
As we near completion, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough with you. This is your opportunity to review every detail, ask questions, and address any final concerns. We’ll take the time to ensure everything meets your standards—and ours—before handing over the keys to your new home.
